Los Angeles — December 3, 2015– GTX Corp(OTC: GTXO) wholly owned subsidiary LOCiMOBILE, Inc., a developer of  tracking and monitoring Apps for smartphones and tablets, today announced the launch of its new and improved Track My Workforce (“TMWF”) App and backend portal.
Specifically designed to service small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) using Internet of Things (IoT) and Big Data Analytics technologies, the new TMWF is a simple, affordable and efficient tool that enables employers to monitor and track their mobile workforce. The technology is ideal for a wide range of industries; including food delivery, pharmaceutical sales, construction workers, caregivers, government workers and more.
The new TMWF portal and app will allow employers to register online, download an app on iOS or Android, and get a free two-week trial evaluation of the tracking service. Volume discounts are available for accounts consisting of 25 or more employees. As a special introductory promotion, the app can be downloaded for free on iTunes App Storeand Google Play Store during a limited-time offer before going to its regular price of $4.99.
“Industry statistics show that there are nearly 30 million SMBs in the U.S., and perhaps close to 200 million worldwide, which makes for a very sizeable market. The SMB market is increasingly becoming mobile centric, largely driven by the fact that most employees bringing their own electronic devices to work. Real time knowledge has become the norm as more employers want to know where their human assets are during working hours. Whether you own a small food delivery business, electrical, plumbing or other service oriented business, a government agency that needs to know where their human assets are for emergency deployment, basically any entity that wants to better manage their mobile human assets by knowing exactly where they are at the touch of a button, makes Track My Workforce a simple, affordable and easy to deploy tracking product and service,” stated, GTX Corp CEO Patrick Bertagna.
The Company engaged LMD Consulting – who has worked with clients such as Comcast, Marriott, The Ritz-Carlton Hotels, and Louis-Vuitton Moet Hennessy – to assist with the overall design and architecture of the new app and portal. The goal was to introduce to the market an enhanced TMWF app and tracking portal that reverberates with today’s employers and is easily scalable, with automated onboarding and provisioning for both the Company and users.
Leveraging the success of LOCiMOBILE’ s consumer apps, which have been downloaded by over 2 million users across 162 countries, the new SMB Track My Workforce is part of GTX Corp’s ongoing corporate initiative to expand its products and services into different markets and sectors that have large potential and that will not only expand the Company’s market share in the GPS tracking and monitoring industry but also augment the Company’s subscription-based recurring revenue model.
