retailX, a multifaceted content platform anchored by an annual physical event, has partnered with WestRock, a leading provider of retail merchandising and packaging solutions to present SmartCommerce to the retail industry. Debuting August 24-25 at retailX 2021, SmartCommerce will cover 4,000 sq. ft. on the exhibit floor and showcase new and innovative technologies spanning shopper experience, e-commerce, and supply chain solutions.

Built on-site at McCormick Place, SmartCommerce will showcase the capabilities of a new "Store as Media" alliance that includes the combination of leading-edge companies such as Intel, Digimarc, and VSBLTY with WestRock’s merchandising, technology integration, and e-commerce expertise. The featured destination will provide retailX attendees an immersive experience that translates across retail categories and channels.
